The Regional ECP Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing export control activities and collaborating closely with regional subject matter experts. This role requires strong coordination with the Keysight Global Logistics Export Control regional teams to ensure alignment with the company's global strategy. Operating within a U.S.-based multinational framework, the manager must interpret and apply U.S. export control regulations-including their extraterritorial implications-while ensuring compliance with corresponding regional laws and requirements.
This position will require an understanding of international trade regulations and experience in general trade compliance administration. It also requires a demonstrated ability to support trade control processes, training, and guidance.

with 5+ years of experience
Strong Knowledge of Export Control
Strong Organizational Skills
Excel/Smartsheets
Process Documentation Experience
International Environment Experience a plus
This position can be performed from anywhere within the US
Pay Range:
The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
USD $75,210.00 - USD $125,340.00 Year
