What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee vendor lifecycle management, including due diligence, risk assessments, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate vendor risks
- Develop and maintain risk metrics, dashboards, and reports for vendor performance tracking
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Business Unit's risk management framework
- Prepare regular risk reports and presentations detailing key risk indicators and mitigation efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk
OR
- High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk
- License or Certification Type: CRCM, PMP, CERP, CAMS; ISACA CISA, ISACA CRISC (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in vendor management, third-party risk, procurement, or governance
- Knowledge of banking and government regulatory requirements and processes
- Experience with vendor risk management platforms (e.g., Archer, OneTrust, ProcessUnity, Coupa, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, technology)
