Inclusion Program Manager to help shape and launch a high-impact, multi-year Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative. This hybrid role blends project management and operations with strategic execution, supporting a cross-functional team and senior leaders on mission-critical goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the DEI team lead to manage projects, design content, and coordinate stakeholder engagement for the launch of a multi-year DEI strategy.
- Develop and manage timelines, templates, and cross-functional workstreams across People Partners, senior leaders, and project consultants.
- Build and track OKRs/KPIs; collaborate with the DEI consultant to define roadmaps and key deliverables.
- Lead and execute high-priority DEI projects, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze baseline diversity metrics in partnership with People Analytics to inform data-driven decisions, programming, and communications.
- Collaborate with ERG Program Manager to amplify ERG impact on inclusion and retention efforts.
- Maintain centralized resources (shared drives, calendars, internal portals) and track deliverables across DEI initiatives.
- Develop strategic communications—vision decks, playbooks, talking points—to support DEI visibility and engagement.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions to scale operations and increase program impact.
- Serve as a thought partner to leadership and liaise across COEs and internal departments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of communications or operations management experience, with at least 4 years in project management
- Experience supporting DEI, ERG programs, or cross-functional initiatives preferred
- Comfortable operating independently and representing the team with internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration in complex organizations
- Strong experience with data-driven strategy, including analysis and reporting of diversity metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident interfacing with executives
- Familiarity with tools like G Suite, Slack, Jira, Tableau, and Oracle
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
- Preferred background in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, or change management
