Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the DEI team lead to manage projects, design content, and coordinate stakeholder engagement for the launch of a multi-year DEI strategy.
  • Develop and manage timelines, templates, and cross-functional workstreams across People Partners, senior leaders, and project consultants.
  • Build and track OKRs/KPIs; collaborate with the DEI consultant to define roadmaps and key deliverables.
  • Lead and execute high-priority DEI projects, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze baseline diversity metrics in partnership with People Analytics to inform data-driven decisions, programming, and communications.
  • Collaborate with ERG Program Manager to amplify ERG impact on inclusion and retention efforts.
  • Maintain centralized resources (shared drives, calendars, internal portals) and track deliverables across DEI initiatives.
  • Develop strategic communications—vision decks, playbooks, talking points—to support DEI visibility and engagement.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions to scale operations and increase program impact.
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership and liaise across COEs and internal departments.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DEI, ERG programs, or cross-functional initiatives preferred
  • Comfortable operating independently and representing the team with internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration in complex organizations
