H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) who will manage 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consultative client experience and strong operational execution.

You will set expectations, coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across offices. You’ll own readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations while measuring performance, identifying trends, and driving revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit environment with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead teams by setting expectations, reinforcing accountability, and coaching.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, and recruitment for seasonal demand.
