You will set expectations for consultative service, operations, and team performance while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations; labor management.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations, using insights to improve experience.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools with client-centric leadership.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, setting expectations and coaching performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, feedback, and outcomes to strengthen team execution.
• Own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations across offices.
