Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance with excellence.

You will be visible, hands‑on, balancing strategy with in‑office presence, driving staffing, performance, and revenue outcomes while maintaining readiness and compliance across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail/service/operations.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and accountability for performance.
• Experience driving business and financial results across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consultative client experience delivery across 4–6 offices with consistent standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to improve the experience.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior, performance, and real‑time feedback.
• Identify patterns across offices and address performance gaps; develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across assigned offices.
• Monitor metrics and trends; take actions to improve business results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices: staffing, scheduling, compliance, SOPs.
• Own office readiness: facilities, equipment, supplies, recruiting, onboarding, seasonal prep.
