Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of work experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment.

• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring consistent consultative client experience across locations.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Lead adoption of new client-experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals toward consistent performance.
