Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail, service, or operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to drive business results while managing daily operations across locations.
• Experience leading through organizational change and new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; reinforce strengths and close gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior, performance outcomes, and real‑time feedback.
• Identify patterns across offices; address performance gaps and build bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across assigned offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and act to improve client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOPs.
• Own office readiness, facilities, recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal staffing.
