Job summary

H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive operational excellence to deliver outstanding client outcomes and business results.

Responsibilities

Own 4-6 office portfolio, ensuring consultative client experience across locations
Evaluate execution quality and client impact, using insights to improve across offices
Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors
Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and accountability
Provide coaching from observed behaviors and performance outcomes to strengthen execution
Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and high-potential talent
Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices
Monitor performance metrics and take actions to improve results, acquisition, and retention
Ensure daily operations across offices (staffing, scheduling, compliance, SOPs, service delivery)
Own office readiness including facilities, equipment, supplies, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and seasonal prep
