You'll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring readiness, staffing, and compliance while driving revenue and performance across the office network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day ops across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices with discipline.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive improvements.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to consistent performance.
• Oversee office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and act to improve results and retention.
