H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a consultative client experience and disciplined execution. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive performance, and align staffing, facilities, and compliance to deliver strong business results.

You’ll lead with hands-on presence, manage change, analyze data trends, and travel between offices to maintain consistent service across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail/service/operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to drive business results across multiple locations.
• Experience leading through change and adopting new processes.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
