H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategy with hands‑on leadership, and drive readiness, staffing, and compliance to deliver excellence for clients.

You’ll lead teams, set expectations, analyze performance, and own business results while traveling between offices to maintain in‑person leadership across the footprint.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Strong leadership capable of coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize across locations.
• Experience managing facilities, staffing, or compliance operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including handling escalations.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
