You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, and monitor performance to deliver franchise‑wide client outcomes and business results.

The role requires frequent in‑person leadership across locations, with travel to stay connected and ready to meet seasonal demand and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams in multi-location settings.
• Strong ability to drive client-centric service across offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance data.
• Address performance gaps and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Plan for office readiness and seasonal demand.
