Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams in retail or operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership and accountability across locations.
• Ability to drive business results while managing day-to-day ops.
• Experience with change management and new processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between offices.
