Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations with clear expectations for service, execution, and business results.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities with business goals, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to achieve client outcomes and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Strong leadership capability with proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 assigned offices; ensure standards are executed with discipline.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations; reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across assigned offices; monitor metrics and implement improvements.
• Ensure office readiness and day-to-day operations including staffing, facilities, compliance, and SOPs.
