Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategy with hands-on leadership, and drive performance across offices.

You will own staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while aligning priorities to client outcomes and business results. This role requires travel among offices and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead professionals by setting expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and feedback.
• Identify patterns and address performance gaps across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Own readiness including facilities, equipment, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
