Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring consistent client experience, quality service, and strong operational execution. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive business results with an in-office, hands-on leadership style.

You will own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations while developing bench strength and mentoring teams for peak seasonal demand across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven multi-unit leadership experience in retail/service/operations.
• Strong ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching informed by observations, performance and feedback.
• Build bench strength and high-potential talent across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and office readiness.
