Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail, service, or operations.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across locations.
• Experience managing change and staffing/operations across locations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior and performance.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop talent bench.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and drive actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
