Job summary

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, travel frequently between offices, drive revenue and performance, and build bench strength through active leadership and disciplined processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of driving results across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated ability to focus on client experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring consistent consultative client experience and disciplined execution.
• Lead and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching to performance and client outcomes.
• Own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations across offices.
• Drive revenue, growth, and business results while monitoring performance metrics.
