Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals toward excellence, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership and in-office presence. You will drive office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, while guiding performance, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations including labor management.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own 4–6 office portfolio, ensuring consistent client experience across locations.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching to consistent performance.
• Own office readiness and day-to-day operations including staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and improve business results.
• Travel frequently to maintain in-person presence across offices.
• Develop bench strength and high-potential talent for succession.
