Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for service, performance, and business results while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.

You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, manage staffing, facilities, and compliance, and travel between offices to maintain in-person presence and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
• Strong client-centric mindset and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to drive business results while managing day-to-day ops.
• Experience with change management and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching based on observed performance and feedback.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling and compliance.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and readiness.
