Job summary

You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching them to anticipate client needs and deliver guidance in every office. As a hands-on leader, you will balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, drive staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, and own revenue
