H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader overseeing 4–6 retail offices to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance in every office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
3+ years leading multi-unit teams in retail/service/operations.
Ability to coach and develop staff across locations.
Proven track record delivering client-focused experiences.
Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Own and lead 4-6 retail offices to deliver consistent client experience.
Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
Set expectations and ensure operational readiness across offices.
Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue and growth.
Travel frequently to maintain in-person leadership.
