Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group in Renton, WA, Portland, OR, and Irvine, CA seeks an Executive Director, Imaging Services to lead imaging across the division, aligning clinical and operational priorities. You will partner with system leaders to drive performance improvement, strategic initiatives, and ensure high-quality, affordable imaging services across acute and ambulatory sites.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, develops, and retains a high-performing team while actively supporting and incorporating the Mission and core values into daily activities.
• Treats all others with respect and demonstrates excellence, justice, and compassion in daily work and relationships with others.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information related to patients, medical staff, employees, and, as appropriate, other organizational information.
• Provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for Providence imaging services across acute care hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, and affiliated sites.
• Leads the development and execution of service line strategies that advance access, growth, patient experience, quality, and operational excellence.
• Directs multidisciplinary imaging teams and support staff, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Partners with physician, clinical, nursing, and executive leaders to align imaging operations with organizational priorities and ministry goals.
• Oversees staffing, labor management, and human resource planning to ensure efficient, effective, and sustainable operations.
• Manages fiscal and material resources, including budgeting, capital planning, productivity, and stewardship of departmental assets.
• Designs, implements, and monitors operational plans, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives across imaging modalities and sites.
