Job summary

Providence is seeking an Executive Director, Imaging Services, to serve as the division’s top administrator for imaging across acute and ambulatory settings. This role partners with system and division leaders to drive strategic priorities, performance improvement, and a patient-centered approach to care.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee staffing, budgeting, capital planning, and service line development, and ensure alignment with mission-driven goals while advancing access,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
• Experience leading imaging/diagnostic services in a complex healthcare system.
• Strong financial, strategic planning, and performance improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Providence imaging services across acute care hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, and affiliated sites.
• Develop and execute service line strategies to improve access, quality, and patient experience.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, capital planning, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, nursing, and executives to align imaging operations with organizational priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and regulatory/compliance standards across imaging operations.
