Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking an Executive Director of Imaging Services to lead imaging across acute and ambulatory operations. This role partners with system leaders to drive performance improvement and advance strategic priorities while integrating services across the division.

The position requires strong financial and operational leadership, collaboration with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, and the ability to manage complex programs and multi-site imaging operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare-related field (preferred).
• Graduate of an ACR Certified Radiologic Technology Training Program (preferred).
• Twelve (12) years of job-related experience (preferred).
• Ten (10) or more years of leadership/management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a high-performing imaging leadership team.
• Drives strategic, operational and financial leadership for Providence imaging services.
• Oversees budgeting, capital planning, productivity and asset stewardship.
• Partners with clinical and executive leaders to align imaging with organizational priorities.
• Designs and monitors performance metrics and improvement initiatives across imaging sites.
