Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Regional Executive Chef to drive results across our Culinary Division, leading all facets from strategic planning to execution. You will guide multiple units, develop teams, and uphold company standards while maintaining strong vendor and partner relationships.

The role requires travel up to 80%, hands-on leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and resident experience. A culinary degree and regional leadership experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum culinary degree or equivalent experience.
• ACF certification considered beneficial.
• Proven ability to lead multi-unit teams regionally.
• Strong purchasing, quality control and training skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Proficient in coordinating with vendors and operations to maintain standards.
