Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC (HHS) in the Springfield, MO area seeks a seasoned EVS leader to direct all Environmental Services programs across facilities during the shift. You will build a capable, service-driven team focused on safety, cleanliness, and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and developing staff; ensuring OSHA compliance; conducting inspections; managing budgets; and partnering with facility leaders to meet performance goals.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing EVS team across multiple locations in the Springfield area.
• Foster a positive, productive, and rewarding work environment built on teamwork, respect, and accountability.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are consistently met across assigned facilities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and implement action plans to address opportunities for improvement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to support operational excellence.
• Collaborate with facility leaders, department heads, and HHS leadership to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor customer and patient satisfaction and implement strategies to improve the overall experience.
• Analyze operational data and make informed decisions to support facility, budget, and compliance goals.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor quality control systems and operational budgets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable health and safety regulations.
• Provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to EVS teams across assigned locations.
• Travel extensively between facilities to support operations and team development.
