Qualifications

• Must have prior housekeeping or Environmental Services management experience.
• Minimum 2 years managing salaried and/or hourly employees.
• Experience leading EVS, custodial, healthcare, or related service operations.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between facilities and work nights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EVS operations across multiple healthcare locations.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop a team of 5 FTEs.
• Provide leadership that promotes teamwork, accountability, morale, quality, and respect.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain and improve patient, customer, and facility satisfaction.
• Manage employee assignments, schedules, training, and performance.
• Monitor cleaning processes and ensure locations meet quality standards.
• Travel between assigned locations as needed to provide leadership.
• Respond to operational needs during the night shift.
