Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a District Event Marketing Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of Event Marketers across the district. You will source and manage direct-to-consumer events, oversee budgets, field schedules, and ensure successful execution to build brand awareness and generate sales leads.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in management, strong recruiting/training skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial position.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large-scale budgeting and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter able to manage and develop others.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight schedules.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads.
• Schedule and plan event calendars for the district team.
• Budget and staffing for local events.
• Attend trade shows, home shows, fairs, and community events.
• Lead and coach Event Marketers to meet KPIs.
• Track event metrics and ROI; report results to leadership.
