Job summary

Leaf Home, LLC is seeking a Regional Event Marketing Manager to lead a team of Event Marketing Managers and Event Marketers within a designated region. The role focuses on driving event-based marketing initiatives that generate sales leads and require strong budgeting and leadership skills.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of multi-unit D2C management, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in recruiting and training teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years multi-unit direct-to-consumer management experience.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large-scale budgeting and regional sales management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads.
• Identify, schedule, and plan event calendar for regional team.
• Budgeting and staffing for local events.
• Attend trade shows and manage event marketing team to generate leads.
• Manage event marketing materials, setup, and teardown.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow brand presence locally.
• Recruit, hire, and develop District Event Marketing Managers and Event Marketers.
• Develop timelines and internal communications for cohesion across the org.
• Track and report event metrics to evaluate ROI and lead quotas.
