Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a District Retail Marketing Manager to oversee retail marketing teams across ten stores in the local market. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage budgets, and drive lead generation through retail partnerships.

The role requires multi-unit retail management experience, weekend availability, and up to 50% local travel. A strong communicator with the ability to juggle priorities will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in lead generation and management positions in direct to consumer industries.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large scale budgeting and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel within the territory up to 50% and weekend availability.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive retail-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up.
• Identify, schedule, and plan schedule for team of Retail Marketers in assigned territory.
• Responsibility for budgeting and staffing within our retail affiliates.
• Manage retail marketing team in generating new sales leads.
• Manage retail marketing material and equipment setup and tear down.
• Collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence in the local market.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop Retail Marketers and create accountability through KPI.
