Job summary

Leaf Filter is seeking a District Retail Marketing Manager to oversee teams of retail marketers at ten area stores. You will hire, train, and develop a Retail Marketing Team to build brand awareness and generate sales leads in the local market through our retail partnerships.

Ideal candidates have multi-unit retail management experience, strong recruiting and training skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams. Local travel up to 50% and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of lead generation and management experience in direct-to-consumer industries.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large‑scale budgeting and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who can develop others and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive retail-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for follow-up.
• Identify, schedule, and plan the retail marketers in the assigned territory.
• Responsible for budgeting and staffing within retail affiliates.
• Manage the retail marketing team to generate new sales leads.
• Coordinate marketing materials setup and tear down for events/locations.
• Track and report retail metrics to evaluate ROI of partnerships.
