Job summary

Orange EV is hiring a Field Service Technician to service our electric vehicles in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will diagnose, repair, and report on vehicle performance, using Remote Monitoring data to prioritize customer needs and plan service actions.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional heavier lifts, and travel for initial training and ongoing regional coverage. Proficiency with MS Office and TEAMS is expected, with a background in automotive or electrical industries

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in automotive or electrical industries.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 75–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles at a systemic level.
• Record service activity accurately in the service system.
• Collaborate with customers and third-party providers.
• Support field upgrades and training as needed.
