Job summary

Orange EV is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and support local Orange EV vehicle fleets in the field. You will use remote system data to identify performance concerns, record service activities, and collaborate with customers and third‑party providers.

The role requires travel for training and to meet service goals, with focus on electrical / automotive installations, and providing equipment and operator training as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; related technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in automotive or electrical industries.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, TEAMS).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 75–100 lbs, and to crawl/lie under vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles at field sites.
• Represent Orange EV professionally to customers.
• Use Remote Monitoring System to plan service and prioritize needs.
• Record all service activity accurately in the service log.
• Coordinate with customers and third‑party providers for efficient repairs.
• Assist with installation logistics for charging infrastructure and training.
