Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Field Service Technician to support local Orange EV vehicles. You will diagnose, repair, and analyze root causes while evaluating remote monitoring data to improve performance and utilization.

Responsibilities include field upgrades, warehousing coordination, and collaboration with customers and third-party providers. Strong MS Office skills and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; related technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in automotive or electrical industries.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong customer service principles and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasional 75–100 lbs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform Field Service activities for all local Orange EV Vehicles.
• Diagnose, repair, and provide root cause analysis.
• Evaluate Remote Monitoring System data to identify performance concerns and vehicle utilization.
• Accurately record all service work and develop reports.
• Collaborate with customers and third-party service providers.
• Provide technical support for sales and marketing efforts.
• Perform field upgrades or retrofits.
• Facilitate tool and parts warehousing.
• Plan and execute a complete Service strategy for the region.
