Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Director, Associate General Counsel, Regional Compliance to lead the regional ethics and compliance program across EMEA, APJC and LATAM.

You will advise executives, shape strategy, and drive program execution with strong analytics and stakeholder engagement. You will partner with the broader Legal and Regulatory teams to strengthen Cisco’s compliance culture, mitigate risk, and ensure alignment with global and regional requirements.

Qualificações

• JD or equivalent law degree with 12+ years in Ethics & Compliance.
• Experience in technology/telecom or multinational corporate environment.
• Leadership in regulator, external stakeholder, industry and customer conversations.
• Proven leadership to motivate and develop teams and foster growth.
• Proficiency using technology and AI to streamline processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Cisco's Regional Ethics & Compliance team, programs, strategies, and processes.
• Align program design with global and regional regulatory expectations.
• Advise senior executives on compliance risks, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory developments.
• Manage compliance through data analytics with metrics to track effectiveness.
• Present to senior executives on complex compliance risks and strategies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance due diligence and scalable risk processes.
