Qualifications

• JD degree or equivalent compliance experience.
• 10+ years designing, executing, and scaling business and human rights programs in a multinational tech company.
• Deep experience engaging regulators, external partners, industry, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, evolve, and scale Cisco’s enterprise-wide human rights program and strategies.
• Oversee cross-functional development of human rights standards and processes with Legal, Supply Chain, and Business Units.
• Present to senior executives on complex human rights risk and strategy and ensure scalable due diligence.
