Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director, Associate General Counsel, Regional Compliance to lead the regional ethics and compliance program across EMEA, APJC and LATAM. You will advise executive leadership, shape strategy, and drive execution with strong analytics and risk management.

You will partner with the Regulatory & Compliance team and other Cisco functions to strengthen compliance culture, mitigate risk, and ensure alignment with global requirements.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree and 12+ years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management.
• Experience in technology, telecommunications, or multinational corporate environments.
• Strategic leadership in regulator, external stakeholder, industry, and customer conversations.
• Proven leadership to motivate and develop teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in using technology and AI to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee Cisco’s Regional Ethics & Compliance team, programs, strategies, approaches, and processes, aligning with global and regional regulatory expectations.
• Provide expert guidance on regional ethics and compliance matters and global program elements.
• Advise senior executives on compliance risks and regulatory developments.
• Manage compliance through data analytics and performance metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Present complex compliance risks and strategies to senior executives with clear communication.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align disparate teams toward shared objectives.
