• JD or equivalent experience in compliance.
• 10+ years designing, executing, and scaling legal Business and Human Rights programs in a multinational technology company.
• Strong leadership discernment engaging with regulators, external partners, and customers.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop teams and present to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cisco's enterprise-wide human rights program and strategies.
• Oversee cross-functional development of human rights standards and processes.
• Advise senior leaders on emerging risks and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate across Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, and business units.
• Identify opportunities to enhance due diligence programs and scalable processes.
