Job summary

Vertex Education seeks a Regional ESS Coordinator to strengthen compliance, instruction quality, and operational excellence across Nevada campuses. You will train, coach, and validate ESS practices, ensuring FAPE for students with disabilities.

Travel between campuses is required and collaboration with health services is essential. The role focuses on monitoring timelines, MTSS documentation, and health procedures, while mentoring new staff and supporting Level 2/3 meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a field pertinent to the education of students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health office observations and validate compliance with health procedures.
• Provide responsive training and ongoing professional development in specially designed instruction.
• Mentor new special education hires and support ESS staff across campuses.
• Travel between campuses up to 80% to observe, coach, and implement best practices.
• Ensure campuses have materials and staff to provide appropriate services to students with disabilities.
