HDR is hiring a North Central Region Environmental Sciences and Planning Leader to provide leadership and direction in strategy and initiatives for environmental services to a diversity of clients across the North Central U.S. With over 110 professionals across 13 offices, this role leads a team spread across HDR offices and requires periodic travel within the region.

The Regional Environmental Business Class Leader reports to the Environmental Cross Sector Director and Regional leadership,

• Experience leading environmental services across diverse clients and markets.
• Strong track record in strategy development and execution in environmental sectors.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff across multiple offices.
