Job summary

Terracon is seeking a senior leader to oversee regional teams within a designated service line, driving standardized practices across offices. You will lead training, safety, quality audits, and workforce utilization while partnering with regional directors to deliver coordinated services.

You will monitor performance, guide marketing efforts for the service line, and participate in recruitment, risk management, and continuous quality improvements across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ related experience, or 14 years’ related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional teams for a designated service line, providing training and inspections to ensure consistent operations.
• Partner with regional and operations leaders to deliver coordinated services across the region.
• Monitor performance via site visits, safety investigations, quality audits, and metrics.
• Execute service line initiatives across offices in the region.
• Monitor safety, quality, and production, and recommend improvements.
• Oversee regional service line marketing, pricing, and planning activities.
• Lead and participate in recruitment and selection of regional team members.
• Manage project risk and ensure contracts are signed and compliance adhered to.
• Communicate safety initiatives and guidelines; hold managers and staff accountable.
• Drive continuous quality monitoring and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
