Job summary

Tasman is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead remediation and related environmental projects in the Permian Basin region, supporting NM and TX clients. You will manage multiple active projects, maintain client relations, and drive new opportunities while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 6+ years in related industry and 3+ years PM experience, with a Bachelor’s in a relevant field. Occasional travel and strong leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related industry experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Environmental consulting or remediation PM experience preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
• Familiarity with field equipment and material management
• Knowledge of SOPs, project execution, and health & safety regulations
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Valid driver’s license
• US work authorization
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple remediation and construction projects from initiation through completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Identify, scope, and cost new opportunities while supporting existing projects
• Ensure projects adhere to regulatory frameworks, SOPs, budgets, and schedules
• Prepare and submit project deliverables to regulatory agencies and clients
• Build and manage project teams to meet requirements
• Coordinate with Tasman technical resources to secure expertise and support
• Collaborate with Tasman Construction teams for project execution
• Hire, train, and mentor project personnel as needed
• Foster continuous improvement and professional development
• Track budgets, accruals, and cash flow forecasts
• Review invoices and financial documentation
• Monitor performance against budget and schedule
• Support decision-making through project reporting
• Attend client safety meetings and ensure safety compliance
• Communicate updates and requirements to project personnel
• Promote a strong safety culture across projects
