Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Regional Environmental Manager, EAP, to lead a field team driving regulatory compliance across sites in the region. You will translate compliance plans into regional execution, prioritize team efforts, and ensure milestones are met with accountability and clear communication to operations, legal, and finance partners.

The role requires strong environmental regulatory expertise, people leadership, and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of conducting workplace risk investigations experience.
• Experience building and managing a high-performing team of direct reports.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive process and system improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive environmental regulatory compliance across the sites in your region, aligning team priorities with the organization's plans.
• Translate programs into regional execution, adapting to sites and conditions.
• Manage resource allocation to annual operating plans while building durable site capability.
• Operate controllership mechanisms to drive speed, quality, and accountability across the region.
• Communicate compliance status and risks to senior leaders and partners across functions.
• Partner with Legal, regulators, and tech teams to resolve compliance barriers at regional/site level.
• Track region against KPI and compliance metrics; report milestones and posture.
• Lead talent management lifecycle including hiring and development planning.
• Oversee work by third-party contractors and vendors with governance.
