Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer license.
• 10 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of technical professionals.
• Coordinate workload and utilization goals for team members and align staff assignments with project needs.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees to support project workload and firm growth.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, Health & Safety, and company values in all project activities.
