Terracon is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance efforts across the Eastern Midwest Region, including Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia and Pittsburgh, PA. You will manage projects, prepare reports, and mentor staff while expanding our environmental compliance practice. A 12+ year consulting background and strong technical writing are required. This role offers remote work options and nationwide project support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or preferred.
Responsibilities
Grow and expand existing environmental compliance services.
Prepare calculations, applications, plans, reports, proposals, and other deliverables.
Manage projects and staff to ensure quality and timeliness.
Understand the local and regional market.
Develop strong working relationships with clients.
Develop proposals in response to RFPs and client requests.
Participate in the development of local and regional marketing strategies.
Support safety efforts to promote safety rules and guidelines.
Evaluate problems and develop practical solutions that enable our clients to achieve and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
