Job summary

Terracon Consultants, Inc. seeks a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead environmental regulatory programs across OH, KY, IN, MI, WV and PA. The role includes mentoring staff and expanding the regulatory practice in the Eastern Midwest while supporting nationwide projects.

You will manage projects, prepare reports, review deliverables, and build client relationships, delivering compliant solutions and promoting Terracon’s growth across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or preferred.
• Minimum 12+ years in a full-time consulting role.
• Proven ability to engage and lead a technical staff and mentor growth.
• Strong technical writing ability.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Valid driver's license with clean history.
• OSHA HAZWOPER training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand existing environmental compliance services.
• Prepare calculations, applications, plans, reports, proposals, and other deliverables.
• Manage projects and staff to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Understand the local and regional market.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Develop proposals in response to RFPs and client requests.
• Participate in regional marketing strategies.
• Support safety programs and promote safety rules.
