Qualifications

• Requires engineering license per local/state/national requirements.
• SMT/SMA certification preferred.
• Expert knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, life safety systems, capital budgeting, and energy management practice.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage maintenance and operations across a broad regional portfolio.
• Oversee compliance with regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Supervise development and uniformity of operational policies and energy-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and provide consultative project support.
• Prepare and manage regional budgets with focus on resource allocation and efficiency.
• Ensure building standards per annual audits and semi-annual inspections.
• Lead safety training programs and coordinate regional safety audits.
• Provide regional support for emergency response across locations.
• Collaborate with owners and asset managers to ensure reliable operations and profitability.
