Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States seeks a Regional Engineering Manager to oversee the delivery of consistent operational processes for 10–15 sites across the US. You will provide engineering leadership, scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, line layouts, purchasing, and system integration.

You will manage the Field Engineering team across the USA and Canada, lead large CI projects, and collaborate with customers and Business Development to define requirements and capital project plans.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering. Emphasis on Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Facilities/Maintenance engineering.
• 7+ years of engineering experience with distribution center projects or engineering management.
• 3–5 years in project management within Distribution/Fulfillment or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of consistent operational processes and results for 10–15 sites in the US.
• Lead scope definition, design, budgeting, scheduling, line layouts, purchasing, cost estimating and control.
• Provide leadership to site-based engineers and manage field engineering teams across the USA and Canada.
• Direct large, multi-site CI projects and implementation of solutions.
• Partner with customers and business development to define requirements and evaluate capital projects.
